He was predeceased by: his parent Viola Jane (Bible); and his brother George Mullenax. He is survived by: his parent Luther Lee Mullenax; his spouse Gladys Viola Puffenbarger; his children, Viola Jean "Jeanie" Riggleman (Glenn) and William Kenneth "Bill" Mullenax; and his grandson Eric William Mullenax (Jessica) of Franklin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
