She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Hedrick and Florence Hedrick (Lawrence); her son David Wayne Warner; and her siblings, Paul Hedrick, Shirley Thompson, Ruby Crown, Frances Halterman and Joanna Hedrick.
She is survived by: her husband Roy Barth Warner, Sr.; her children, Carol Hoover (Rick) of Franklin, WV and Roy Barth Warner, Jr. of Franklin, WV; her sister Sarah Smith (Bruce) of Upper Tract, WV; her grandchildren, Tim Hoover (Tenessa), Melanie Moyers (John), Derrick Hoover (Kaila) and Kimberly Musser (Jeremy); and her great grandchildren, Brisco, Americus, Keid, Makenna, Marleigh, Bryer, Andrea, Ashton and Ellanore.
