It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kitty Ruddle Hammer (Franklin, West Virginia), who passed away on September 28, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Isaac Saylor; and her siblings, Saylor Jr., Dwight, Richard, Max, Cornelia Hamilton, Mary Susan Swadley and Ruth Dolly.
She is survived by: her parent Verna Catherine Ruddle (Smith); her spouse Charles Roy Hammer; her children, Carol Ann Propst of Franklin, Lura Catherine Thompson and Charles Edward Hammer; her siblings, Betty L. Heavner and Joe Reed Ruddle of Edgewater, MD; her grandchildren, Charles Edward II, Jared Isaac, Erin Kristin, Cassandra Blair and Seth Michael; and her great grandchildren, Jeremy, Bradley, Keith, Dylan, Tristyn and Jonah. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a faithful companion.
