He was predeceased by: his father Jimmie Doyle Pittman; his brother Steve Pittman; and his half-brothers, Eric Harper and Danny Rohrbaugh. He is survived by: his mother Sadie Jane Pittman (Simmons) of Goose Creek, SC; and his brother James Pittman of Goose Creek, SC.
