She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham Turner and Floda Alice Turner (Day); her former husband Bernard Raines; her husband Ernest "Ernie" Marshall Propst; her brothers, Donald Turner and Chester Turner; and her grandson Matt Shriver.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Huffman (Bill) of Franklin, Lois Waggy (David) of Franklin Two, Marlin Raines (Janice) of Circleville and Danny Raines (Kacey) of Mt; her sisters, Joann Morgan (Alfred) of Manassas, VA, Joy Warner (Kenneth) of Franklin, WV and Josie Goldizen (John); and her grandchildren, Chandra Berryman, Marlena Beachler, Ashley Johnson, Julie Mallow, William Waggy, Rachel Johnson, Hunter Huffman and Caleb Raines. She is also survived by Ten great-grandchildren And one great-great-grandchild.
