He is survived by: his children, Michele R. Moro (Jim) of Parkton, MD and Johnny M. Raines of Glen Rock, PA; his granddaughter Carlie Moody of Charlottesville, VA; his significant other Dorothy Champ of Baltimore, MD; his siblings, Theodore M. Raines (Lona) of Simpsonsville, SC., William C. Raines of Pendleton Manor and Norma J. Teter (Kenneth) of Riverton, WV; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Raines of Riverton and Rutholene Judy of Riverton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
