He is survived by: his spouse Mary Catherine Jenkins; his sister Guelda Bowers; his granddaughters, Amy Moyers and Jennifer Hartwell; his great grandchildren, Abby Moyers, Ryan Moyers, Jacob Hartwell and Benjamin Hartwell; and his niece Deborah (Phil Hoeper) of Silver Spring.
