Jessie Luella Scheibner Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2019, at the age of 79, Jessie Luella Scheibner (Franklin, West Virginia), born in Bremerton, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Charles and Jessie Charles (Hall); her husband Charles Edward Scheibner; and her daughter Joan Scheibner. She is survived by: her children, Psychology, Anna Scheibner (Tracy) of S'Klallam Reservation, Ron Scheibner (Monica) of Missoula, MT and Joseph Scheibner (Rozanne) of S'Klallam Reservation. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
