He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Lewis "Toots" and Bertha Lee Propst (Fink). He is survived by: his siblings, Amy Lee VanMeter (Danny) of Franklin, WV, Janet Lynn Smith (Tony) of Bridgewater, VA and Lewis S. Propst (Shirley) of Westminster, MD; and his nieces and nephews, Adam, Aaron Smith, Holly Huffman and Rebekah Powers. He is also survived by 7 Great-Nephews; and 2 Great-Nieces.
