He is survived by: the mother of his children Gretta Pope (Lambert) of Franklin, WV; his children, Brooke Hott of Ft. Seybert, WV and James Travis "JT" Pope of Charleston, WV; his stepdaughters, Hilary Wimer of New Market, VA and Ali Judy of Upper Tract, WV; his sister Sarah Barger of Brandywine, WV; and his grandchildren, Carter, Ashlyn Judy, Brennan Valenti, Paisley and Rhett Hott.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home (826 Blue Gray Trail, Franklin, WV 26807). A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to any Pendleton County Rescue Squad.
