He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Vogel and Rosalie Sheets Vogel of Virginia; and also John David Vogel. He is survived by: his wife Ruth S. Vogel; his brother Joe Allen Vogel (Rose, family: Brad, Jo Lynn Mitchell) of Show Low, AZ; his nieces, Sarah Mitchell of Harrisonburg, VA, Alisha Linehan (Blake) of Knoxville, TN, Kristen Barnett (Steven) and Rachel Mitchell of Franklin; and also Lennox Barnett. He is also survived by Two nieces and one great-niece Also surviving are dear friends.
