She was predeceased by: her parents, George O. Hammer and Roma Ruddle Hammer; her husband Royal "Carl" Warner; and her siblings, George Ona Hammer, Dale Ruddle Hammer, Gene Scott Hammer and Neva Hammer Evick.
She is survived by: her son Galen Warner (Mary Propst) of Franklin Darell; her grandchild Tifane Cubbage Garth (Charlie); her great grandchildren, Stephani Slayton (Samuel), Kristin Chapman, Chase Owens, Gracie Ryder, Travis Owens, Garrett Ryder, Jacob Owens, Daniel Owens, Magnolia Warner and Elliot Martin; her great great grandchildren, Sterling Slayton and Silas Slayton; and her siblings, Orva Hammer Sponaugle (Dale) of Virginia Beach, VA. and Juanita Blanch Hammer.
