She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Estelene Moore (Maynard); her son James Edwin Moore; and her brothers, Lonnie, Lowell, Clarence, Steve and Milford.
She is survived by: her daughter Misty Perry (Nita Lockard) of Franklin, WV; her siblings, Fern Muncy of Pilgrim, KY, John Moore (Abigail) of Pilgrim, KY and Aaron Moore (Kim) of Lawton, OK; her grandson Tyler Moore; and her stepgrandchildren, Tiffany Perry and Jimmy Perry. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
