He was predeceased by: his parent Brison Sponaugle. He is survived by: his parent Judith Sponaugle (Warner); his spouse Patricia Louvon Judy; his siblings, Elaine, Alt of Youngstown, Jenny Halterman of Circleville, WV and David; and his child Tamara Jo Sponaugle.
