With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys Lee Vandevander (Franklin, West Virginia), who passed away on May 29, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Vandevander and Nelia Vandevander (Slatin); her spouse Thomas William Vandevander; and her siblings, Doll Arnold, Jimmie, Berlin, William Mackie, Bessie Mullenax, Mary Louise White and Carrie Starks.
She is survived by: her children, Rosalee Grogg of Sugar Grove, WV, Don Vandevander of Hedgesville, WV, Garland Vandevander of Hinton, VA and Lee Vandevander of Franklin, WV. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
