She was predeceased by: her parents, Verna Smith (Hammer) and Gordon Preston Smith; her husband Raleigh M. Ruddle; and her sisters, Lois King and Patsy Puffenbarger.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Harr (Raymond) of Franklin, WV and Tracy A. Ruddle of Franklin, WV. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, any Pendleton County Rescue Squad, or Pendleton Manor Therapy Department.
