It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Waxler (Franklin, West Virginia), who passed away on December 13, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Waxler and Evelyn Matchett Waxler; his wife Arlene Barton Waxler; his sons, Michael and Steven Waxler; and his siblings, Louis, Charles Waxler, Mary Haggerty and Pansy Arnold.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Waxler and Debra Beal (Roland) of Chester, WV.; and his brothers, Kenneth Waxler of Hookstown, PA. and Robert Waxler (Gill) of Chino Valley, AZ.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
