He was predeceased by: his parents, Olie Edward Reel and Catherine Lou Thompson Reel; and his siblings, Gary Reel and Carol Mason. He is survived by: his close friend Barbara Baldwin of Franklin Two; his children, Kelly Nelson (Cole) of Durbin, WV, Katherine Reel (Josh Shumaker) and Steven Reel of Franklin Four; and his brothers, Mark Reel of Petersburg, WV, Terry Reel of Petersburg, WV, Robert Reel of Petersburg, WV and John Reel of Virginia One. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
