It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Virginia Vandevander of Franklin, West Virginia, born in Dayton, Virginia, who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Shank and Alma Shank (Rhodes); her spouse Tracy Rex Vandevander; her stepdaughter Diana Vandevander; and her brother-in-law Jerry Heatwole.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Sue Sites (Kit) of Seneca Rocks, WV; her stepsons, Johnny Vandevander (Sandy) of Broadway, VA, Bill Vandevander (Debra) of Maysville, WV and James Vandevander of Broadway, VA; her sisters, Loraine Mongold (Norman) of Virginia and Marylee Heatwole of Virginia; and her grandchildren, Kellsie, Kaleb and Kolton Sites of Seneca Rocks. She is also survived by several step grandchildren;and several nieces and nephews.
