She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Viar and Effie Kate Harper Viar (Lambert); her husband William David "Bill" Harr; her sister Virginia Bauserman; and her half-brothers, Robert and Richard Harper.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Harr of Franklin and Dennis Harr (Charity Lambert) of Franklin, WV..
