She was predeceased by: her parents, James Slater and Hazel Comer; and her siblings, Hubert Jr., Judy Ann, Carolyn Mildred, Brenda Lorrine, Lee Roy, Beverly Kay, Rosemary Ruth and Janice Lilly.
She is survived by: her husband Franklin Lee Kelly of Hurricane, WV.; her children, Michelle Burton (Brad) of Culloden, WV and Franklin Kelly (Christy) of Ona, WV.; and her grandchildren, Brady Burton (Danielle) of Hurricane, WV and Carter Barrett of Ona, WV. She is also survived by many nieces, and nephews that she loved dearly, as well as a slew of friends.
