He was predeceased by: his father John Allen "Johnnie". He is survived by: his mother Judy Warner (Barkley) of Cherry Grove, WV.; his wife Lisa Ellen Warner (Bogan); his children, Amelia Dawn Warner of Franklin, WV and Jonathan Warner of Circleville, WV; his sister Lori Pugh (Peppy) of Stafford, VA; and his grandchildren, Selena Warner, Rhyder Warner, Zach Tracy and Alex Tracy.
