He is survived by: his parents, Michael Simmons and Robin Simmons (Hoops); his sister Caylie Simmons of Franklin, WV; his grandparents, Jack, Sharon Simmons, Bob, Doris Hoops and Patricia Welch; his great-grandparent Violet Kimble; and his significant other Taylor Crawford of Harrisonburg, VA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends.
