She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo A. Roach and Willie Paris Roach; her husband Warren Reid Waggy; her siblings, Ellen R. Price, Jon A. Roach and Leo A. Roach, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Herbert K. Price and Virginia P Roach.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Waggy (Marilynn), Susan Gilkeson (Donald), Rebecca Miller and Mary Bowers (Gregory); her sister-in-law Jane C. Roach; and her cousin Judy R. Jackson. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two step great-grandchildren.
