It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Curry Pennybacker of Franklin, West Virginia, who passed away on May 31, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Winfield Scott; and his sister Shirley Propst. He is survived by: his brothers, William "Bill" Pennybacker (Diana) and Carroll Pennybacker (Jackie); and his nieces and nephews, Debbie Woolf, Robin Garrett (Sherwin), Valerie Rodgers (Brad), Heidi Green, Shawn Pennybacker and Matthew Pennybacker.
