He is survived by: his sons, Mark Alllen (Jo-Anne) and Stephen Craig (Linda); his grandchild Parker; and his caregivers, Joanna Blare, Terri Grogg, Mary Propst, Leana Leap, Doris Dunn and Debbie Turner. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
