She was predeceased by: her parents, Newton Decatur "Dick" Ruddle and Mary Dunkle Ruddle; and her siblings, Helen McGhee, Eloise Richard, Newton Decatur Ruddle, Jr. and Stanley Ralph Ruddle.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Lee Ruddle, Joann Rinaldi, Nancy Walker of Vienna, VA and Maurice Ruddle; her nieces and nephews, Carolyn Cline, Marilyn McGhee, Beverly Cook, Susan Tegtmeier, Lisa Ernest, Victoria Alten, Elizabeth Burdick, Suzanne Pantzer, William McGhee, John Richard, Don Richard, Dan Walker and Sean Walker of Houston, TX; and also Preceding.
