She was predeceased by: her parents, Donna Pitsenbarger (Wimer) and Ernest Pitsenbarger; her former husband Curtis Moyers; her husband Isaac "Bud" Dice; and her brothers, William, Ronald Lee, Byron and Worthie.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Wimer (Frank) of Franklin, WV, Donna Simpson (Larry) of Harrisonburg, VA and Andrew "Andy" Moyers of Franklin, WV; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Marcella, Marshe Townsend, Tiffany, Rebekah Simpson and Travis Moyers; and her siblings, Myrtle Rader of Moyers, WV and Arthur Wade Pitsenbarger of Franklin, WV. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
