He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Sponaugle and Pauline Wimer Sponaugle; his wife Dolly J. Sponaugle (Waggy); his son Jed Bradley Sponaugle; and his brother Merle Sponaugle.
He is survived by: his brother Olin Sponaugle; his daughter Jeanne Eckard (Jesse) of Franklin Karen; his daughter-in-law Teresa Mae Sponaugle (Champ) of Franklin Three; his grandchildren, Stefanie Aumann (Garrett) and Adam Eckard (Natasha Bowers); his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Aumann, Mercedes Aumann, Tatum Aumann and Greysen Eckard; his brother Gaylon Sponaugle (Ruby) of Franklin Numerous; and his pet Susie. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
