He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Marcelles and Shirley Ruth Jamison (Hoover); his siblings, Delmas Clyde Jamsion, Anna Lynn Fleisher, Charles Henry Jamison, Maxine Fae Huffman and Gearldine Mae Neil; his nephews, Wade Hamilton Neil, Greg Jamison, Charles Reed Fleisher and Erik Harper; his niece Ella Sue Eye; and his sister-in-law Jeanette Jamison.

He is survived by: his wife Freda Mae Jamison (Moyers); his sons, Dennis Jamison (Sharon) of Franklin, WV, David Jamison (Terri) of Blue Grass, VA and Steven Lee Jamison of Franklin, WV; his grandchildren, Savannah Flanigan (Shawn) of Franklin, WV, Brian Jamison (Kelsey) of Staunton, VA, Travis Jamison of Franklin, WV and Tyler Jamsion (Nicole) of Waynesboro, VA; his great grandchildren, Sicily, Silas Flanigan and Nathaniel Jamison; his brother Gary Jamison of Franklin, WV; and his nieces and nephews, Rick Neil, Terry Neil, Michael Jamison, Dustin Simmons, Philip Simmons, James Eye, Terry Eye, Alan Moyers, Timmy Hamilton, Teresa Duncan, Vanessa Moats, Sonya Propst, Melonie Davis, Shawn Moyers and Jennifer Scott.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home (826 Blue Gray Trail, Franklin, WV 26807). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home Chapel (826 Blue Gray Trail, Franklin, WV 26807).
