She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Anzel and Lula Bertha Loudermilk Workman; her siblings, James, Ray, Gary, Bobby, Donald Workman and Betsy Ross Workman Dolan; her nephew Michael Dale Dolan; and her niece Kathy Gail Dolan McMillion.
She is survived by: her husband John Lynn Knotts, Jr.; her sons, J. L. Knotts and Ryan Knotts (Nicole); her grandsons, Garrett (Lacey), Jaxtyn and Hunter; her great grandchild Anzel; and her niece Cheryl Coulter (Kristie Coffman). She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations of sympathy be made to the James R. Holliday II Memorial Scholarship Fund – 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
