He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell P. Madison and Bertha Tipton Madison; his siblings, Brenda Cogar and Edmund "Elwood" Madison; and his uncles, Troy Tipton, Basil Coleman and James Oval Tipton.
He is survived by: his siblings, James Madison of Pennsylvania and Peggy Smailes of Lewisburg. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
