He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Otis and Melita Alice Snair Brumfield; his brother Dr. James Otis Brumfield; and his son Christian Andrew Brumfield. He is survived by: his wife Jane Fleshman Brumfield; his children, Christopher Brian Brumfield (Chelsie Brumfield), Aiden, Oliver, Grayson, Jonathan Andrew Brumfield (Susan Brumfield), Lauren, Albert, Jackson, Amy Elizabeth Dick (James Dick), Asa, Elijah, Jonas and Ezra; his stepson Michael Houston Bennett (Cassy Bennett); his son Nicholas "Cole"; and his stepdaughter Stephanie Cristina Fleshman. He is also survived by three children, two stepchildren, and 13 grandchildren.
