She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Osborne and Annabelle Craft Osborne; her son Stephen L. Hendrix; and her brothers, Earl and John Osborne.
She is survived by: her children, Sherri Ramirez of Frankford, Carl E. Hendrix of Lusby, TX and Michael W. Hendrix of Quinwood, WV; and her brother Roger Osborne of Williamsburg, WV.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and I great grandchild.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Wallace & Wallace 884 Jefferson St. N., Lewisburg, WV to help on her funeral expenses.
