Osborne; his wife Kimberly Ann Copen Osborne; his children, Daniel W. Osborne (Machelle) of Lake McMurray, WA, Troy C. Osborne of Vernal, UT, Andrew R. Osborne and Alycia A. Osborne; his sisters, Shelva Strayer of York, PA and Kay Chronister of York, PA; his brother-in-law David Copen (Cotoy) of Ashboro, NC; and his parents-in-law, Darrell and Rose Copen of Leslie, WV. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great and grand nieces, and great and grand nephews and many friends.
