He is survived by: his wife Goldie Hamilton Lambert; his daughter Melody Thomas (David Jr.) of Frankford, WV; and his siblings, Gary Lambert and Jan Fisk (Doug) of Lewisburg, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
