She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Miller and Ethel Brewster Miller; her husband David Oney; her son David Oney; and her grandson Gatlin Evan Jones.

She is survived by: her children, Stephen Oney (Lahoma) of Frankford, WV, Lawrence Oney of Frankford, WV, James Oney (Betty) of Frankford, WV, Barbara Giles (Joseph) of Lewisburg, WV and Elizabeth Dunbar (William) of Frankford, WV. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty two great grandchildren.
