Norman Lee Hart Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2022, at the age of 71, Norman Lee Hart of Frametown, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Byrne Hart and Helen Louise Carr Hart; his brother James E. Hart; and his sister-in-law Linda K. Engel Hart. He is survived by: his nephew Rick Hart of Chapel; his niece Becki Chaffins (Jeff) of Huntington; and his great-nephew Ryan Hart (Sarah Phipps).
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the Norman L. Hart Memorial Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 40, Gassaway, WV 26624.
