Mitchell of Frametown, West Virginia, born in Cowen, West Virginia, who passed away on May 13, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Mitchell and Dessie Wright Mitchell; and his brother Hugh Mitchell. He is survived by: his children, James David Mitchell, Richard Mitchell (Angela) and Donna Parsons (Rick); his grandchildren, Kristi Barker (Rusty) and Kraden Mitchell; and his nephew Steve Mitchell. He is also survived by his wife of 63 years that he married.
