It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winoma McNeely of Foster, West Virginia, who passed away on December 13, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobert Green and Enola Green; her husband Paul Eugene McNeely; her daughter Nancy McNeely; her granddaughter Kim Miller; and her siblings, Georgie Adkins and Lou Ella Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen McNeely (Deborah) of Foster, WV and Phyllis Miller (Dennis) of Foster, WV; her grandchildren, Andrea McNeely of Kenna, WV, Angie McNeely of Kenna, WV, Joseph McNeely of Kenna, WV and Paula Mccormack (David) of Cool Ridge, WV; and her siblings, Harold Green of Foster, WV, Shirley Green of Bim, WV, Terry Green of Bim, WV and Linda Johnson of Foster, WV.. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
