It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velda D. Miller (Foster, West Virginia), who passed away on October 29, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Cooper and Della Roberts Cooper; her son David Bruce Miller; her siblings, Keith Cooper and Pauline Hayden; and her grandson Chace Miller.
She is survived by: her spouse O. E. Miller, Jr. (Buddy); her siblings, Greta Fenimore of Weatherford and Richard Cooper of Foster; her daughter-in-law Betty Justice; her grandson Wes Miller; her great grandchildren, Wesley of Charleston, Keemiyah of Charleston and Corrina of Charleston; and also, Les Hayden, Michael Atkins, Rick Atkins, Linda Fenimore, Nancy Berry, Steve Cooper, Robin Platt and Karen Lieberman. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
