She is survived by: her significant other Randall Vint of Foster, WV; her daughters, Heather Hoffman of Danville, WV and Christina Fortin of Forks, WA; her grandchildren, Keaghin Hoffman, George Fortin Jr. and Laylauni Medina; her stepmother Lorraine Stanphill of Port Orchard, WA; her siblings, Michael Stanphill (Dennis) of San Diego, CA, Jack Smith of Port Orchard, WA and Julia Burwell (Dusty) of Gig Harbor, WA; and her pet Otis.
