He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Vickers and Sylvia Yeager Vickers; his sisters, Elwanda Canterbury and Lois Atkins (Tobbi); his brothers-in-law, Jimmy Atkins and Rex Cooper; and his father-in-law Donald Adkins.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Vickers of Foster; his children, Tessa Cook (Jason) of Philipsburg, PA, Lesley Vickers (Andrew) of Tampa, FL, Ben Vickers of Tampa, FL and Coval "CJ" Parsons of Rock Hill, SC; his grandchild Jaylee Cook; his siblings, Patsy Atkins, Mary Janet Cooper, Vivian Hicks (Roger), Jeanette Hager (Everette), Leroy Vickers (Patty), Carl Vickers, Bobby Joe Vickers and David Vickers (Debbie); and his mother-in-law Faye Adkins.
