He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Hill and Berkie Hill of Foster, WV.; his wife Lorene Hill; his daughter Edna Halstead; and his siblings, Denver Hill, Arthur Hill, Albert Hill, Burton Hill, Hildree Hill, Gaynell Hill, Twila Dolin and Janita Hill.
He is survived by: his siblings, Norman Hill (Phyllis) of Foster, WV, Yvone Pauley (Carl) of Danville, WV, Mazie Dalton of Danville, WV and Darlene Hill (Ronnie) of Madison, WV; his children, Harley Jr. Hill (Olga) of Oklahoma City, OK and Edward Hill of Foster, WV; and his grandchildren, Cullen Halstead (Dawn) of Pass Christian, MS, Dana Weekley (Joe) of Danville, WV, Karis Hill of Midwest City, OK and Wesley Hill (Lindsay) of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
