She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Guy and Betty Guy of Ottawa; and her siblings, Joseph "Joey" Guy, Michael "Mike" Guy and Regina "Jeannie" Guy.
She is survived by: her daughter Katie Kirk (Brent) of Madison; her granddaughters, Ioyona, Aliyah and Lily Boyd; her fiancé Ronald H. Jennings, Jr.; and her fiancé's sons, Robert Jennings and Ronald H. Jennings III.
