It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Joe Cabell of Foster, West Virginia, who passed away on December 11, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Cabell and Lucy Cabell; and his brothers, Harold Cabell and Darrell Cabell. He is survived by: his wife Judy Cabell; his sons, Jayson Cabell (Melinda) and Derek Cabell (Kristle); his siblings, Janice Tawney and Herman Cabell; and his grandchildren, Hailey, Abby, Ally, Jasper and Aurelia.
