It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Gail Miller Older of Foster, West Virginia, who passed away on June 6, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Miller and Lorene "Penny" Miller; and her brother Jeffrey Miller. She is survived by: her husband Russell Older; her children, Jamie Older (Lori) and Rusty Older (Ashley); her grandchildren, Grant Older, Chloe Older, Luke Older, Claudia Older, Addy Older and Harper Older; and her brothers, Kermit Miller (Connie), Warren Miller (Kay) and Richard Miller (Denise). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
