He is survived by: his sisters, Debbie (Daniel Russell), Brenda (Clifford Thompson), Patty (Mike Thompson) and Janey Campbell of Fort Gay, WV.; his nieces and nephews, Rebecca, Del Crum of Louisa, KY, Brittany Thompson and Midkiff of Cross Lanes, WV.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hunter, Cody Crum, Abby and Ally Midkiff; and his close friend Angie Thompson of Fort Gay, WV. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
