With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Fowler (Fort Gay, West Virginia), who passed away on December 6, 2019 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Jane (Moore) and Frank Fowler. He is survived by: his children, Samantha Ferguson (Chris), Thomas T. Fowler II (Rhonda), Sarah Jane Fowler and Gary Frank Fowler; his grandchildren, Leslie Ferguson, Thomas Earic Fowler (Shanda) and Misty Jade Fowler; his great grandchildren, Michael, Zack and Nikoli; and his sisters, Phyllis Ferguson, Helen Adkins, Ruth Williamson and Debbie Mulkey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help cover funeral expenses.
