With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger David Cyrus of Fort Gay, West Virginia, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on July 18, 2022 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Cyrus, Jr. (Thompson); and his sister Lolla Angela Crystal Roberts. He is survived by: his father John B. Cyrus, Jr.; his children, Tammy Lee Cyrus, Roger David Cyrus, Jr. and Robert Allen Cyrus; his grandson Braylon Ray David Cyrus; and his siblings, Virginia Hayward, John Edward Cyrus (Matilda) and Karen Marie Perry. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses. Please consider making a donation to raise much needed funds to cover the funeral expenses.
